Meals prepared by Les Fins Becs with local products only! Some producers will be present to talk about their products. Dinners take place rain or shine. Ticket price $70.00 all taxes and service charge included. Half price ($35.00) for children ages 4-11.

Starter: Butternut squash soup with crouton, bacon (Orignal Packing) and St-Albert cheese OR lamb puff pastry (Ferme Kaisin)
Main meal: Beef bourguignon (with mushrooms from the Guardian farm and beef from the Gilette farm) OR Coq au vin (Desautels)
Served with Yukon gold (Leon Delorme) and celeriac puree and an assortment of root vegetables (Jardins Drouin)
Bread and butter
Dessert: Pear tartar (Verger Villeneuve) served with ice cream (Sweet Billy’s)
Tea and coffee (Totem coffee Vankleek Hill)

Please arrive a little early to purchase a glass or bottle of wine to accompany your meal.
We suggest haskap, chokeberry, cranberry, blueberry or pear wine for this meal.
