Sweet Billy’s is a high-end food trailer whose aim is to provide its customers with a unique culinary experience, enabling them to discover or rediscover Belgium with their own personal taste. It offers love in the mouth to all those who wish to go beyond curiosity.
Sweet Billy’s is committed to using top-quality food and minimizing the impact of exports, preferring products from local artisans and sustainable agriculture.
Sweet Billy’s was founded by Natacha Bonjean. Although far removed from this milieu from the outset, she created a job that enabled her to easily combine family life with young children and her desire to work.
Belgian by nationality, and having arrived in Canada 4 years ago, her heart is set on helping the world discover the beauty of a country, its roots, by tasting a little piece of it and allowing it to be personalized to her tastes.

Savour East Ontario is an initiative of the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAN), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the development, growth and sustainability of local food and agriculture initiatives in Eastern Ontario.
The EOAN operates in Prescott-Russell, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, Cornwall, and the Ontario portion of Akwesasne.
