Les Jardins Méli-Mélo is a garden on 10 acres, located in Wendover, owned by Myrianne and Germain Chartrand, containing a variety of tasty vegetables at competitive prices.
Myrianne and Germain have been married for 40 years and enjoy working in nature and the fresh air. They both come from farming backgrounds and greatly appreciate the good taste of their vegetables. They have always been self-employed, starting with a dairy and beef farm, where they grew large gardens, and continuing for over 30 years with their home building and renovation business. Now, they are happy to return to their roots with the gardens, which allow them to provide vegetables for their 4 children and 7 grandchildren of whom they are also very proud.
What their gardens offer to the public are weekly baskets filled with a wide variety of good, fresh, tasty, chemical free vegetables, including ground cherries which they want to make their specialty, fresh eggs, frozen rabbits for meat. Even if they are not certified organic, they are still ecoresponsible and practice these methods.
For more information on their various weekly subscriptions available, or to schedule an appointment, you can check out their Facebook, or contact them at lesjardinsmelimelo@hotmail.com.
Myrianne and Germain say they are happy to share their joy of working and having fun together and look forward to meeting and serving their new clients.
