The Kinsmen Club of Cornwall, a service club within Kin Canada, had an idea for a market for Cornwall and area farmers and artisans. The Cornwall Kinsmen Farmers’ Market was born through collaboration with local farmers and artisans and planning started in the fall of 2015 and into the spring of 2016. We started small with 10-15 vendors local media advertising, cash and carry and some social media. We have grown to a market of over 40 vendors, with Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), vendor collaboration projects, online vendor platforms and cash and point of sale operations. We encourage community spirit with our monthly events within the market like Christmas in July or our Share the Harvest providing opportunity for the community to donate fresh produce to a local food bank. We celebrate community and all things local.

Savour East Ontario is an initiative of the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network (EOAN), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the development, growth and sustainability of local food and agriculture initiatives in Eastern Ontario.
The EOAN operates in Prescott-Russell, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, Cornwall, and the Ontario portion of Akwesasne.
