Nestled in the countryside just minutes from the historic town of Vankleek Hill, Cassburn Sweets is a premier producer of maple syrup. Owned and operated by Michel and Lucie Lamoureux, this 65-acre property includes a maple bush and more than 4,500 maple trees that are tapped every spring.
No matter how times have changed – and no matter how you tap it, the unique natural flavour of Canadian maple syrup remains unchanged. Free from additives, maple syrup is full of plant proteins and minerals. As proud members of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association, Cassburn Sweets is committed to producing only the finest maple syrup and sugar products. It is making use of modern technologies, data collection and the very best sustainability practices, always with the aim of improvement and continuous learning.
