To better meet consumer demand, owner Benoît Bonneau never hesitates to develop new quality products, carefully prepared and packaged. The butcher’s shop is proud to offer over thirty varieties of sausages, ten varieties of chicken wings, a wide selection of brochettes and marinated or plain meats.
In addition to selling its own products, Boucherie Bonneau Meat Shop works closely with local farmers, processing their animals before slaughtering them at a local abattoir. Vacuum-packing and labeling as well as secondary processing of meats such as sausages, kebabs, marinated meats, etc. adds value to farmers’ meats, enabling them to obtain better value and facilitate sales at the farm gate or in local public markets.
During the hunting season, we also offer a wild meat cutting service.
