On July 15th, locals and out of town individuals were able to participate in Paperboat Farms annual event Savour the Field where they were truly able to enjoy this field to table adventure that most certainly left them inspired.
The EOAN was proud to see several of its members participating as stops on the tour. Cornerstone Organics, Gibbs Honey, The Halfway Homestead, Ferme Butte & Bine Farm, Upper Canada Creamery, Dream Small Farm, Jamink Farm and Paperboat Farms themselves all left lasting impressions on the participants. We heard great things about each of them at our booth at Paperboat Farms where the dinner was held.
We look forward to seeing this event flourish even more next year!
