Honey Syrup
Ingredients
- One cup of honey
- One cup of water
1 – Add honey and water to a saucepan over medium heat
2 – Stir until honey is dissolved
3 – Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container
Note: Will keep for 1 month refrigerated
Bees Knees Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of gin
- ¾ ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce of honey syrup
1 – Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled
2 – Strain into chilled cocktail glass
3 – Garnish with a lemon twist
