Making YOUR wine with us does not require any prior knowledge about winemaking. As long as you know that you enjoy wine, you’re ready to start your first batch at Four Corners Winery.
The “hardest” part of making wine with us is choosing which style and varietal you want to produce – and we are more than happy to help you with that part too to select the wine that might best suit your personal tastes and enjoyment patterns.
Then just a few minutes later, you sprinkle the yeast and walk away while we spend the next few weeks guiding your wine through the various stages of fermentation, stabilization, degassing, clarification, and filtration to have it perfectly ready for you to bottle (or bag) when you return to take advantage of our complimentary sanitizing station and automated filling, corking & capping equipment.
