Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 doux, couvrir et laisser mijoter pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le quinoa soit cuit et que le liquide soit absorb\u00e9. Retirer du feu et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit ramolli, environ 3-4 minutes. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et cuire pendant 1 minute suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter les courgettes et la courge jaune coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s dans la po\u00eale et les faire cuire pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ramollies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporer les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux, l&rsquo;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9, le basilic s\u00e9ch\u00e9, le quinoa cuit, le sel et le poivre noir. Cuire encore 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien chaud et bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farcir chaque poivron avec le m\u00e9lange de quinoa et de l\u00e9gumes, en appuyant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour tasser la farce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer les poivrons farcis dans un plat allant au four.
