Ce sera votre beurre d&rsquo;herbes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer les \u00e9pis de ma\u00efs doux directement sur les grilles du gril. Griller le ma\u00efs, en le retournant de temps en temps, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les grains soient tendres et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement carbonis\u00e9s, environ 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant que le ma\u00efs est encore chaud, \u00e9taler soigneusement sur chaque \u00e9pi une quantit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de beurre aux herbes, en le laissant fondre et en enrobant les grains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servir imm\u00e9diatement le ma\u00efs doux grill\u00e9, \u00e9ventuellement saupoudr\u00e9 de parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour plus de saveur.&nbsp;
