Notre d\u00e9licieux fromage de noix de cajou suisse cr\u00e9meux constitue la sauce Alfredo parfaite pour ce plat de p\u00e2tes v\u00e9g\u00e9talien ind\u00e9niablement d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 pleurotes (champignons)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de vin blanc<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 dulse<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 paquet Fauxmagerie Zengarry Fromage de cajou suisse cr\u00e9meux<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 sel<\/li>\n<li>1 paquet Nouilles Fettuccini, cuites selon les indications du paquet<\/li>\n<li>Poivre fra\u00eechement moulu<\/li>\n<li>Ciboulette pour garnir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>Instructions :<\/h4>\n<p>Couper les pleurotes en rondelles qui ressemblent \u00e0 des p\u00e9toncles<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la marinade en m\u00e9langeant le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, le vin, la dulse et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter les tranches de champignons \u00e0 la marinade et laisser mariner pendant 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9goutter les champignons et r\u00e9server la marinade. Faire chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faire sauter les p\u00e9toncles aux champignons pendant environ 6 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien dor\u00e9s. Les retirer de la casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, ajouter \u00be tasse de la marinade r\u00e9serv\u00e9e, 1 meule de fromage de cajou suisse cr\u00e9meux de la Fauxmagerie Zengarry et du sel. M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter les nouilles fettuccini cuites et les enrober de sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour servir, mettre les nouilles fettuccini dans la sauce sur une assiette, recouvrir de p\u00e9toncles aux champignons et garnir de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu et de ciboulette hach\u00e9e.
